From Factory to Site: Complete Installation Process of Prefabricated Steel House

Building overseas often means coordinating an architect, a structural engineer, a factory, a freight forwarder and an installation crew in different time zones. A one-stop building partner brings those disciplines together under one contract, one schedule and one point of responsibility.
The process begins with a detailed brief: site location, intended use, budget, local building rules and the client’s preferred finishes. Our designers turn that brief into concept plans, while our engineers test the structure against local wind, snow and seismic conditions.
Because design and manufacturing sit in the same team, a change on the drawing board can be confirmed against production capacity the same day. This removes the delays that appear when a design is handed between unrelated companies.
A beautiful drawing is only useful if it can be manufactured, shipped and assembled. Our engineers produce coordinated structural, architectural and service drawings, then check every connection and panel size against container dimensions and site lifting capacity.
Clients receive a clear scope: what is manufactured, what is supplied loose, what the local team installs and what is excluded. That clarity protects the budget.
Production is carried out under a single quality system. Steel is cut, welded and galvanised to drawing; panels are insulated and finished; electrical and plumbing first fix is installed and tested. Each package is labelled before loading.
Shipping is planned around the installation sequence so the site team is not overwhelmed by a single delivery. Our engineers remain available during assembly for questions and inspections.
The final step is commissioning and handover: services connected, joints sealed, finishes inspected and the client shown how to maintain the building. The result is a predictable project with fewer surprises, faster occupancy and a clear warranty path.
