Built from the ground up — and still close to the ground.
In 2010, a small team of fabricators and engineers started taking on work that larger contractors considered too complicated or too small.
The first projects were straightforward steel structures. But clients kept asking the same questions: can it be delivered faster, can it be exported, can it arrive ready to assemble? Answering those questions became our business.
We learned to design for shipping containers, to label every panel, to write installation manuals in plain language and to send engineers where they were needed. That practical experience is still how we work today.
We remain a privately owned company. Decisions are made by the people who know the project, not passed through layers of management. If something needs fixing, you speak directly to the team that can fix it.
A timeline of steady growth
We have grown carefully — adding capability only when we can deliver it well.
The first workshop
HDC begins as a small steel fabrication team in Shijiazhuang, completing local structural and housing projects.
First international order
A staff housing project in Africa marks our first full export — design, manufacture, pack and ship.
Container house line
We add a dedicated container production line and begin developing expandable and flat-pack house systems.
New manufacturing base
Production moves to a larger facility at Jinshi Industrial Park with in-house panel, frame and joinery workshops.
Fifty countries
Our project map passes fifty countries across Africa, Latin America, the Caribbean, Oceania and the Middle East.
Engineering & experience
A larger engineering team, 3D visualisation and VR walkthroughs help clients approve designs with confidence.
