Precision production, under one roof.
Our 5,000 m² facility at Jinshi Industrial Park brings steel fabrication, panel production, joinery and packing together.
Keeping these stages in-house gives us control over quality and schedule. Steel is cut and welded to engineered drawings, panels are cut and insulated to consistent tolerances, and every batch is checked before it is allowed to move to the next stage.
Components are then trial-assembled where required, labelled by building and floor, and packed in the sequence they will be needed on site. That preparation is what makes fast installation possible in remote locations.

Steel, panels, joinery, inspection and dispatch — the stages that turn a design into a shippable building.
Checked at every stage
Quality is not a final inspection. It is a series of checks built into the production process.
1. Drawing review
Engineering and production teams review every drawing for buildability, tolerances and material availability before cutting begins.
2. Incoming materials
Steel, insulation, panels and fittings are checked against specification, with mill certificates retained for traceability.
3. In-process inspection
Dimensional checks, weld inspection and panel fit are recorded as each component moves through the line.
4. Trial assembly & packing
Representative units are trial-assembled, then components are labelled, protected and packed in installation order.

Our production lines cover the core building systems we supply. Specialised items such as sanitaryware, glazing and appliances are sourced from audited suppliers and inspected on arrival.
